Rexroth axial-piston motors convert hydraulic fluid power into rotary mechanical motion with efficiencies above 95% and operating pressures up to 450 bar . Available in bent-axis (A2FM, A4FM, A2FE) and swashplate designs (A6VM), they deliver exceptional power density in a compact footprint for both open‐ and closed‐circuit applications. Robust construction—with hardened cylinder blocks, ceramic-coated swashplates and high-grade pistons—ensures low noise, reduced vibration and long service life under the harshest conditions.
- High-Pressure Performance: Fixed and variable displacement models handle nominal pressures to 400 bar (max. 450 bar) and peak torques up to 5,000 Nm.
- Design Variants: Choose bent-axis (A2FM/A4FM) for maximum efficiency or axial-piston swashplate (A6VM) for precise flow control and dynamic response.
- Durability Features: Diamond-lapped pistons, FKM seals rated to 120 °C, and sealed ball bearings resist wear and contamination, minimising maintenance intervals.
